Dynamic Locator Program receives inbound calls via a toll free number and finds and plays the location of the nearest critical site (shelter, inoculation center, dry ice, etc.) based on map logic. The system is dynamic in that using the Internet, sites can be removed from the database (i.e., a shelter fills up, etc.) or new sites can be added as demand increases.

Family Connect provides on-demand voice mail to reunite separated family members and for crews in the field to stay in touch with family members. The system receives and stores inbound messages using the home telephone number as a key. It can also place outdial alert calls indicating a new message has been left.

Employee Notification System utilizes a suite of services to address the needs of government for employee accountability and employee mobilization following a crisis. The system uses a powerful searchable, sortable, Oracle database to store any number of employee and contact profile parameters. The system provides on-demand: phone, fax, email, voice mail and text messaging capabilities. In addition, the system allows employees to call in to report availability or receive assignments.

Campus Connection is a service which provides phone, text messaging, email paging and even facsimile to notify students, faculty, staff and parents of campus emergencies. Campus Connection provides both inbound and outdial phone capability. It can call both cellular and land line phones and display a school caller ID number. A large capacity platform permits the fastest notification limited only by local telecom resources.

TFCCSearch uses a 411 database, updated every 24 hours to provide addresses to phone numbers to address information for public agencies. Information retrieved is USPS and CASS connected. TFCCSearch can be a batch file uploaded and a match file is returned via the Internet. TFCCSearch is interactive where web searches are entered manually and integrated where a machine-to-machine interface provides results directly to the client’s computer. A 911 database available only to law enforcement and certain energy companies may be available, depending on the area.

IVR-On-Demand provides Interactive Voice Response Unit capacity, available at time of use for alerting the public. IVR-On-Demand permits call filtering, call sorting and transfer of calls to other numbers based on caller preferences. Activation occurs via the Internet and the system will provide both automated inbound and outdial messaging, either using recorded voice or text to speech technology. Messages can be changed at any time and the system can provide menu options, take surveys, poll contacts, etc. Results of calls are displayed on a secure web site as the calls occur.

Public Alerted Warning with GIS Mapping uses TFCC mapping technology tied to TFCC’s notification platform allowing the user to designate an area over an Internet supported map. The system will call individuals within the designated area with a message recorded at time of use. The results of the calls are displayed on a map and in a searchable, sortable database as the call process occurs. The system can be used to capture kidnappers, issue boil alerts, evacuations and other public warning situations. The system can place thousands of calls simultaneously.

Hotline-On-Demand provides a toll free number linked to an automated voice response unit playing messages recorded at time of use. Messages can be of any length and menued if desired. Calls can be transferred out to live agents or agency offices. Messages can be changed at any time. Large platform capacity guarantees a busy signal will never be returned to callers. The system was used by the American Red Cross and others to filter and sort call traffic.

Live Agent Call Center Services On-Demand is made available on demand to handle crisis calls. Calls can be overflowed from existing numbers or new numbers provided. Outsourced agents take calls and deliver the data back to the agency. A trained pool of live agents is available then can be scaled up in a matter of hours.

411 Data On-Demand provides 411 data for an area updated every 24 hours. Data is provided by county and can either be as a full refresh or as update changes only. The data consists of addresses and phone numbers for use with geocoded mapping systems such as TFCC’s Public Alert and Warning System or TFCC’s IVR-On-Demand system.
