Twenty First Century Communications Congratulates Its Clients’ High Survey Ratings

Columbus, Ohio:  The 2008 satisfaction survey conducted by J.D. Power and Associates for business customers of electric utilities demonstrated a high level of customer satisfaction for many of TFCC's utility clients.

Over 13,500 U.S. businesses that spend between $500 and $50,000 a month for electricity were interviewed. Overall satisfaction was measured based upon power quality and reliability; customer service; company image; bill and payment; price; and communications.
