Greg AblettVice President and Business Leader

As the senior manager for the company, Greg Ablett is responsible for both the strategic direction and daily management of TFCC. Greg joined TFCC in 2011 as part of the West Corporation acquisition. Greg started at West in January 2003 and has held progressively senior positions in operations, business development, client services and strategy. Prior to joining West, Mr. Ablett held several executive leadership positions across several industries over an eight year period including management consulting, banking and lending and media communications. Mr. Ablett holds Bachelors of Science degrees in both Business Management and Finance while pursuing his MBA in Human Behavior. Reporting to Greg are the TFCC Vice President of Business Performance, Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Information Technology, Vice President of Sales and Director of Marketing & Communications.

Gary RobertsonVice President of Business Performance

Gary Robertson joined TFCC in 1998. He has over 30 years experience specializing in closely held entrepreneurial organizations. Mr. Robertson has held a number of senior financial positions with companies in banking, mortgage banking, real estate, and investment management. During five years with Deloitte, Haskins and Sells, Mr. Robertson concentrated on providing tax and consulting services to small and emerging businesses. Mr. Robertson holds a B.S. in Finance from the Ohio State University and completed post-graduate studies in accounting. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1979.


Keith RotheVice President of Operations

Keith Rothe has been with TFCC since 1998. Keith has over 30 years technical and management experience, in roles ranging from Computer Programmer, Systems Analyst, Project Manager and Systems and Applications Development Manager to CIO. Prior to joining TFCC Keith was the Deputy Director of Applications Development and Project Management at the Ohio Bureau of Workman’s Compensation; the largest premium generating insurance company in the United States. Keith’s industry experience spans mortgage and commercial banking, insurance, retail gas and oil, and retail fulfillment. Keith has an Associate Degree in Computer Programming from Columbus Technical Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Management from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.


Dave Wehner

Vice President of Sales

Prior to joining TFCC in May 2011, Dave served for five years as President and Managing Partner for Dial Resources, LLC, an affiliate of The Dial Companies, a 52 year old Real Estate Development Company operating in 10 states. Dave’s responsibilities included all P&L oversight, identification and pursuit of all new business development opportunities which included the development and generation of private offering memorandums to the private sector. From 2002 to 2006 Dave served as Founder and President of AISEK, Inc., A Business Development Company assisting organizations in identifying and securing new sources of profitable, sustainable, recurring revenue. In 1995 Dave formed Strategic Technology Solutions, a telephony outsourcing organization, where he served as the founder and President until 2002. Prior thereto, Dave spent 19 years at Xerox Corporation in Sales, Sales Management and Sales Training. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing and Management from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.


Jim Curran

Vice President of Information Technology

Jim has been with TFCC since 1997 and has over 20 years of software and systems experience. Previously, Jim worked for General Atomics in their nuclear engineering and aeronautical systems divisions.  Assignments there included reactor safety system design and simulation.  Jim also worked on the ground station and flight software for the Prowler – a predecessor to the Predator drone.  At Lucent Technologies, Jim developed telecom carrier systems software. At TFCC, Jim developed the software-as-a-service delivery platform for TFCC’s US and UK clients and manages all aspects of its operation from software development to 24×7 support.  Jim regularly serves as a technology liaison between TFCC and its clients. Jim holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Masters Degree in Nuclear Engineering From The Ohio State University.


John RhindDirector of Marketing & Communications

John Rhind joined TFCC in October 2009 and is responsible for developing results-producing strategic communications campaigns – campaigns that integrate & synchronize all marketing functions into one cohesive unit. Specific duties include strategic planning, branding, advertising, public relations, creative writing, direct marketing, and marketing accountability. John has over 20 years of experience building integrated marketing communication programs for Fortune 500 consumer and business-to-business companies like McDonalds, Nationwide Insurance, GE, Emerson and Siebel. Before joining TFCC John held senior-level marketing positions at both corporations and advertising agencies. He has a Bachelor of Science, degree from the Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University.
