Outside of North America, Twenty First Century International Services LLC (TFCI) provides the same communications solutions that TFCC delivers within North America, using the same industry-leading proven system design, technical support and service, including its 24-hour full-service Help Desk.
Upon investigation of the United Kingdom and Eire, Twenty First Century determined that the communication needs arising from outages and service disruptions were common to UK utilities just as they were within North America. TFCI was formed to replicate its successful model for North America internationally.
TFCI teamed with Eckoh plc, based in Hemel Hempstead, to answer calls on Eckoh’s IVR platforms located at St. Albans and near Heathrow. Eckoh is a recognized leader in the IVR industry and has one of the largest and most sophisticated automated call-handling platforms in Europe. By late 2007, TFCI achieved another milestone of serving over 6 million end-use customers within the UK and Eire.
Twenty First Century International provides utilities in the United Kingdom with its industry standard High Volume Call Answering (HVCA) service. HVCA is a vendor-hosted service that allows utilities to answer fault (outage) calls effectively at any volume without sacrificing customer service. Automation is the key, not only to answer the calls, but to accomplish this at any time without prior notice. In addition to 24/7 availability, TFCI’s automated call handling is more efficient and cost effective than using live agents or alternatives.
