Availability: TFCC Alert can be accessed and messages can be activated from any Internet-enabled location, including your cell phone.  If you can’t access the web, a call to TFCC’s 24/7/365 Help Desk will get the message out for you.  The system is always available and ready for use, from the operations center, from the field or anywhere in-between. 

Unlimited Users:  TFCC Alert allows for an unlimited number of users and includes a flexible array of user profiles with different permissions, access and visibility restrictions so that your notification system precisely matches the communication and security needs of your agency.  The system also allows for limitless security groups and provides clients with the ability to self-manage their groups.

Weather Alerts: TFCC Alert’s weather module lets you notify citizens of rapidly approaching severe weather.  Residents register to receive severe thunderstorm, flashflood and tornado warnings.  These messages are sent only seconds after being issued by the National Weather Service and give your residents the information needed to make life-saving decisions.

Geo-targeted Alerting: The system’s mapping module allows for precise, geo-targeted alerting.  Using TFCC Alert’s user-friendly map tools, you can pinpoint exactly who you want to notify by identifying the specific notification area.  TFCC provides base maps, obtained by Tele-Atlas, and aerial photography from ESRI.  Additional ESRI-compliant mapping layers, provided by the client, can be added.
