TFCC does not request any personal information from you other than that information that would be needed to contact you directly should you request TFCC to do so. TFCC only has access to information that you provide via e-mail or online form, or that TFCC receives through other direct contact with you. TFCC does not share this information with a third party. Twenty First Century is dedicated solely to inbound and outbound communications. The company does not perform telemarketing services.

Only TFCC employees who need your information to contact you will be granted access to your information. TFCC employs a full time CISSP and SCCP Certified Security Manager of Infrastructure and Security Services.

CLIENT DATA CONFIDENTIALITY

Client data hosted and maintained by TFCC is considered confidential and proprietary to the client. It is company policy never to divulge, re-sell or disclose customer data to outside agencies unless directed to do so by legal authority. This assurance is expressed in our contracts.
