Power’s annual Customer Satisfaction Study. Based upon the 2008 Electric Utility Business Customer Satisfaction Study that was conducted by J.D. Power and Associates, Mid American Energy ranked number one in the Midwest Region for overall customer satisfaction.
As one of the 58 largest electric utilities in the U.S., MidAmerican business customers rated MidAmerican Energy particularly strong in the areas of power quality and reliability, communications, and company image.
