TFCC Proudly Supports Utilities Recognized for Excellent Customer Service by JD Power
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
August 21, 2008
Columbus, Ohio:Â Twenty First Century Communications is proud to serve the majority of the highest ranking utilities recognized in J.D. Power’s 2008 Residential Utility Customer Satisfaction Survey. TFCC has provided critical communications solutions to the electric utility industry since 1989. TFCC’s outage reporting, call center overflow and backup, and emergency notification enhance utility customer service, even in a disaster.
The utilities with the greatest need and the most experience use TFCC, and they have some of the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the country.
In general, the highest ratings were achieved by the large utilities located in regions that experience more severe weather. In the South there are hurricanes, while the East and Midwest are hit with regular ice storms. These categories of utilities have to contend with more frequent outages and respond to higher volumes of customer communications.
Utilities who know outage call handling know TFCC.
60% of all the large utilities with above average rankings are clients of Twenty First Century, as are 83% of above average large Southern utilities and 66% of above average Midwestern Midsize utilities. In fact, TFCC serves 92% of all the Southern utilities recognized in the survey. Twenty First Century’s predominant client representation is in the categories that dominate the satisfaction ratings.
